Laddawn System Administration : Adjusting Redback Responder Allocation

To change the number of responders allocated to an account:


  1. RDP to \\00SRV01
  2. Go to C:\IBM\U2WDE\UDserver\redback\rgw\conf
  3. Open the INI file located there (RGWRESP.INI)
  4. Locate the section for the account you want to adjust and change the nresponders value to the new count.

  1. Restart Redback
