For Sheeting - produce two MOD results instead of prompting:

  1. If Centerfold Sheeting (continuous and Cut/Perforated): Should we be producing 2 MOD results for 'A-Wind' and 'B-Wind'?  Since this is a new piece of info that will be needed on production forms, this new field must be created
  2. If Gusseted Sheeting: Should we be producting 2 MOD results for 'Slit Gusset' and 'Slit Center'?  This is an existing field in the configurator today which already feeds production forms.
