I. Technical specifications

  1. New Catalog Code(s): Obtain this from IT when known.

  2. Generic name category(ies): This is how the purple results description should look. Provide via spreadsheet if appropriate. IT uses this info to determine how many GNC codes we need, and gives info back to Marketing and Inventory so they can assign to individual items. - See set-up spreadsheet

  3. What is the Yield calculation for this new category? (This is needed for Berry file transfers.) (Width x (Length + Lip/2) x Gauge ) / 15


  4. For each SKU, please provide the weight with packaging; weights will be loaded into the item master. If supplying generic name categories (item 2 above) via spreadsheet, then provide weights via same spreadsheet.- See set-up spreadsheet

  5. Information architecture:
    1. Which Level 1 category does it belong to? Mailing & Shipping
    2. Where should it be placed in Level 2 menu for that category? After Poly Mailers and before Packing List Envelopes
    3. Will there be nesting? If applicable, how should sub- and sub-sub-categories be structured? Provide bulleted, indented list below, attach file or embed screenshot illustrating fully collapsed and fully expanded structure.  There will be 8 stock items - 4 sizes - available in both Perforated and Non-Perforated.    We should set them up with a Mailer Type (Perforated or Non- Perforated consistent with standard stock mailers).  We will be submitting a Marketplace WIKI page to allow for custom printing on these 4 sizes and 3 other sizes.  To that end we will need a Dimension drop down similar to the one we have for Merchandise Bags with 25% PCR . 

  6. Can these be sampled? Yes
    1. What is the maximum Sample quantity?  Standard sampling rules apply.

  7. Widget Level 2 – Dimensions enabled or broad "show-all-stock" search?  If enabled... show all stock with Dimension drop down for custom print

  10. Advanced search keywords: Use all the search keywords we use for standard poly mailers and add - PCR, PCR content, PIR, PIR content, recycled

  11. YMAC instructions:  These new items should appear as YMACs for the standard poly mailer of the same size and type    

  12. Special instructions, workarounds, additional notes: If there are other specifications captured in other Word or Excel files, or any other format, reference them here and attach to ticket. Collectively, these are the project's single source of truth. If you make changes to those supplemental files, be sure to upload revised versions.
