Print Plate Upload: (Judy has programmed)
- User will continue to have access to the Quote Accept Screen/Print Plate Upload screen in Avante at Phase I. Customers must continue to send pdf's to ce for upload, as there will be no website upload available until the next phase. A new request transaction type 127-upload print plate was added that will send the user to QUO4000 for print plate upload.
- The website will disable the CHECKOUT button until the plate has an approval date.
- Since the user will no longer be able to get into F5-Lines from quote entry, the Print Plate Display option in the header 'options' menu has been made more robust so that it passes the plate# from line 001.
- Users can access all quote and configurator info from Quote Display (QUO2000)
- 'customer supplied plate?' is going away with the new site, so this was disabled on QUO4000 accept screen.
Quote Entry LIne Screen Access (Judy has programmed):
- Disallow entry into F5-Lines unless the item on this quote is NS (either made or bought) OR the user is authorized in SYSCON CONFIG.SETTINGS.LAD<18>. This syscon setting should only contain IT personnel and should not be accessible to end users. We don't want to allow access to price or quantity changes or into the configuration level.
No creation of new quotes except for NS items: **** THIS HAS NOT BEEN PROGRAMMED AS OF 7/15/14
- Modify the 'new line' screen to only have 'Outside Quote' and 'Ashad Quote' options. Remove New Quote, Stock Quote, and MTO Quote entries. For the Ashad option, make sure that only NS quotes are allowed to be pulled through as an ashad.
