One word: sparkplug. Married to former 13 year NHL player (Blackhawks, Sabres), so she has good taste. Haha.
She doesn't like to be on the phone much.
Although she orders everything on the web, she is very confused by the website and all its features and thinks there's too many tabs. Doesn't really understand save cart, share cart, etc. She used the old website and found it less confusing.
Said she thought it would be helpful to have in-person training or event where someone walks her through it.
Used the old website all the time - better experience, less confusing.
That said, she is getting used to what's going on with the new website. Likes the labeling options and the ability to put part numbers on labels.
She felt she had to keep giving products the same name/item number over and over again - this was hard to follow over the phone. Likewise, when she goes to reorder via the order history/reprice function, she wishes the old cart name would automatically carry though.
She has been frustrated with us not calling out the fact that we're shipping from an alternate warehouse (eg, MA instead of IA) - the additional freight was "outrageous."

In terms of searching, most orders are repeat orders so she doesn't use the catalog. She only has 2 or 3 customers where she uses the widget, 85% of the time she's using repeat orders (order history, reprice) for MOD
She is ok with the amount of Marketing email we send. Said that the 6 day lead time email resonated with her. Thought we should be emailing more with new product additions.
Says she isn't getting shipping notifications (last ordered on 3/11, Susan looking into this).
Upset that her rep leaves at 1pm CST every day. We told her about CE but she said she's more comfortable with her rep, who knows her best.
She is on Facebook and Instagram, just never posts. Only goes on to look at pictures.
