Laddawn.com : How will c/e convert a quote when they receive a p/o from customer?

  1. When c/e receives the p/o to order a custom quote, how will they know whose cart the quote is in (the p/o could be from a contact that is different than the person who requested the quote, ie, the purchasing dept).  Per Sarah, it is highly unlikely that the p/o will come from the sales rep who originated the quote.  The reps are usually on the rode and leave the acceptance to a purchasing agent.
  2. Once they determine the contact, how will they know which cart the quote is in?
