Phase I - VCI Branding

Goal

The goal of this phase is to replace the VCI additive we currently use with Armor branded VCI. This additive will be available for use in any MOD item that currently allows the use of VCI.


Deliverables Due Date: 5/1/2019

This project includes the following deliverables:

  1. Renaming of existing VCI option to "VCI, standard"
  2. Addition of Armor VCI as new additive branding to Laddawn.com
  3. Default to VCI blue film color
  4. Creation of a feature to RRP the Armor logo on all MOD items as a default 
    1. Add Armor VCI logo to stock artwork in PD
    2. RRP specifications are automatically created - 
      1. Largest possible logo for printable area
      2. Largest possible spacing for bag/art size
      3. Black ink
    3. If user does nothing other than accept the defaults, the RRP specs are used to create a printed MOD
    4. If user activates PD, user can delete or replace Armor logo with custom RRP artwork.
  5. Pricing changes:
    1. Armor VCI additive will be 10% higher price than VCI standard blend.


Questions:

  1. What size should we default to for the logo? This document assumes max size possible for print area on bag while maintaining original 

Phase II - Add "Stock" to Laddawn.com

Goal

The goal of this phase is to add to the site the 80 stock categories that fit easily into Laddawn.com's current structure.  These products will be presented as stock options, but will be shipped from Armor from their stock.

Deliverables

  1. Addition of 80 stock categories to Laddawn.com
  2. Automatic send/print of Pack slip, BOL, Brandit Label  at Armor facility
  3. Ability to receive inventory data back from Armor to update enterprise on this side with current stock counts.

Questions:

  1. Do we have to use EDI in this case?  Can we treat these products as marketplace somehow?
  2. What IT capabilities does Armor have?

Phase III - Add Remaining Categories to Laddawn.com

Goal

The goal of the third phase is to add the remaining 50+ categories to the site.  These categories may not lend themselves well to our "widget".
