In the last 6 months there were 2,757 CPU orders (2.7% of approximately 100K orders in that timeframe).

Trucker orders
When orders come through to Shipping with "Trucker" as the carrier, and there is no comment indicating which trucker,
Some customers do not want to choose a carrier until they know the number of pallets, total weight, etc. So they choose "Trucker" in Checkout. (Q: Are any of these web orders?)
- On Trucker orders, how does the Trucker know when to show up? What does Shipping do when an order marked “Trucker” is ready?
NO trucker listed. Send email to CE to ask what carrier. If Trucker listed, should be listed as Call Such and such then the warehouse calls such and such. Sometimes customers want to make arrangement themselves, and do even before the order is ready.
- What happens when the specific Trucker is not known?
If the customer does not provide any carrier information and will not, generally it is because the customer is handling the pickup . If that is the case, then why don’t they place it as a CPU order?
