Since we are enabling/disabling controls when selections are made, we are going to have problems with the order the fields are visited.
For example, if the user chooses a category in section 2 from Bubble to Layflat which changes width from disabled to enabled. When the user hits tab on the category field, the focus will move to ship to zip instead of width.
