Larry Dubit, Purchasing Agent/Buyer
Approx 65 Years old

$370,000 in business LFY

Has been buying from us for about 20 years, pleasure to deal with Laddawn, what we do is "very good"
Loves the creativity of the ads in the catalog, but really for entertainment purposes, not really for business purposes.

Added that we probably don't need to send direct mail cards, they don't really resonate with their company.
Says emails will probably resonate better with distributors
They look at catalog ads because they're humorous
Underwhelmed with the website at first. They acknowledge its functionality and added that "2.0 probably works better for you guys" and probably not Four Star

On the previous website, If they needed 20 cases for a customer in Texas, he could see each WH inventory. He can't see that in 2.0.
Can't see expiration date for custom quotes - In general, everything they do, they need to print. They can't print a custom quote that has an expiration date on it.

Small office, 5 people. They logged in one at a time because there is one email inbox for the company. Now they have separate logins, if one person needs to place an order, everyone else has to get out.
Received new logins a week or two ago

Expressed some frustration that they can't add special instructions to an order

Would like to have only certain carriers available per partner. Cites that some of his customers don't want certain carriers to be delivering to them (used an example in Maryland))
Helpful for them to know where something is shipping/made from for custom
(Susan can likely flesh this out a little more)

(he will send Susan via email some other examples of website pain points/issues)

Would really like to get emails about new products before getting the catalog
Doesn't interact with or look at any of the ads on the website or anything below the search widget. "It's all about business" and
"I don't want to see a video of someone singing or dancing"

Blog content that would resonate with them: People there are educated enough and know enough about the industry, but he might be into resin market information and things related to the market.

He thought educational info for industry newbies would be helpful and great (not for him)
What takes place when we're printing
How we blow the bubble, etc etc.

Wasn't sure if Shipping Confirmations are coming to their inbox. Didn't seem so. Susan investigating.
