Customer Master Field Definition and Web Support Programming

 

 

  1. The following field current exists in the CUSTMST.USR database - please verify

    1. <95> Do Not Use (already exists as VIA.CD.EXCEPTIONS)
  2. The following fields must be added to the CUSTMST.USR database.  These fields will be maintained from the User Preferences area of the website and must be passed to and from the database and written to the database when appropriate.

    1. <96> Ship Only Via (3A) - for P&A orders only.
    2. <97> Ship Via Preference (3A) - for P&A orders only.
    3. <98> Default Shipping Paid By (3A)
    4. <99>   3PB Account (16A)
    5. <100>   3PB Address 1 (25A)
    6. <101>   3PB Address 2 (25A)
    7. <102> 3PB Address 3 (25A)
    8. <103> 3PB Address 4 (25A)
  3. Make sure the following CUSTMST.USR fields are being passed back and forth from the User Preferences area of the website.    These fields are customer specific Ship Instructions that will contain all preferences that reside in comments area.

    1. <63.M> Comment Number (3A)
    2. <64.M> Comment Input 1 (10A)
    3. <65.M> Comment Input 2 (10A)
      1. Inside Delivery
      2. Liftgate Delivery
      3. Tailgate Delivery
      4. Limited Access
      5. Residential Delivery
      6. Call for Delivery Appointment
      7. Receiving Hours
      8. Export Pallets
      9. 40X48 4Way
      10. Number of Packages per Pallet
      11. Maximum Pallet Height
      12. Maximum Pallet Weight
  4. Double check as to whether these are legit preferences.

    1. Always Full Gauge
    2. No Overrrun
    3. No Underrun
    4. Do Not Ship in Master Pack Cartons
    5. Do Not Cradlepack

    1. Should ship via/freight paid by fields be maintainable in Avante or just on the web?
    2. Should "Do Not Ship Via" field be moved off Avante and only maintainable in the web?
    3. What is the relationship between VIA/FOB codes and 3PB number and address fields?
