  1. Create a single product line configuration that handles all types of MOD items (Bags, Furniture Bags, Sheeting, Tubing, Perforated Sheeting, Marketplace).  Configuration must contain all data needed for: complete
    1. Building Item Description in Quote/Sales Order
    2. Output to CFBLDHDR file (Mfg Desc) for use on Avante reports/processes
    3. Creation of Routing (work center, labor, etc)
    4. Create of Bill of Material (resins, concentrates, packaging, quantities, costs)
    5. Price Detail (Non-Material, Material, Freight, Upcharges)
    6. Create SCRIPT (both DOC and WEB??)
  2. What should Part Nbr be in QUDET/SODET?  Do we want to stay with BAGS, FURN, ROLLSHEET, ROLLTUBE, SOR, and MP so that add'l changes aren't needed in Avante?  TESTING RESULTS:
    1. Changing QUDET<1> (CPN), QUDET<15> (PART#), AND POSSIBLY QUDET<84> (PRODUCT LINE) had no adverse affect on Avante screens.  Config screens would show MOD.  Biggest issue found was that the WIP record had MOD item# in fields 1 and 2.  This would have to be changed so that the W/O Traveler, Picklist, and all SFC screens show the correct part#. 
  3. Can we build the item description line 1 (dimensions) to be more consistent to assist in Order History selection by size (ashads)? DON'T NEED TO DO THIS ... HANDLED WITH DICTIONARIES
  4. Determine if a MOD item can be created based on shop widget entries (ie, missing info, outside of ranges, etc).  The Create MOD Item routine should only be called from the web if none or one stock result is found (not including YMAC items).  In some cases, multiple MOD items would be created (ie, A-Wind vs B-Wind, Slit Gusset vs Slit Center).  IS THIS STILL TRUE WITH A-WIND/B-WIND AND GUSSET OPTIONS? NO LONGER TRUE.  A-WIND/B-WIND HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR NOW (WILL REVISIT WITH MACCHI LINE) AND GUSSET OPTIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO WIDGET (PKG SCREEN).
  5. Upcharges for special pallets (except export pallets) have been removed.  This will be a checkout choice that will be added as a separate charge on the order (no longer included in the price).
