Made on Demand

Because we keep huge inventories of stock sizes in our warehouses, we can also make custom bags and film to your specifications, on demand.  With over 45 extrusion lines in five plants, we do custom jobs in an industry-leading average of 6 days.

Instant pricing

We provide accurate and comprehensive pricing in real time.  We even provide you with online tools to mark your quotes up and share them with your customers.  Need to change a dimension or adjust an additive? Making changes and repricing is fast and easy too.

Short lead times

Our lead times are the best in the industry, usually 4-10 days.

No waiting, no busy work
And no missed sales opportunities
It's why thousands of distributors consider Laddawn to be their best source for polybags, film and tubing

Broad capabilities

We manufacture bags, film and tubing from 4” to 150” (width + depth), in gauges of .75 to to 8 mil.  We offer 14 stock colors, 4 venting styles, random repeat printing and a host of materials and performance additives.

In addition to layflat, gusseted and reclosable bags, and continuous tubing and sheeting, we also offer custom packaging and

shrink bundling film for use with automated packaging equipment.

See Custom capabilities for additional detail.

Not sure whether the product you need is stock or custom?

With our new online search tool it doesn't matter! Just enter as much or as little information about what you need as is important to you, and we will show you all the products that match your search, along with pricing, availability, and close alternatives to consider.  You can even compare between ordering from stock versus having your item custom made.

Maybe the following content could be handled differently like an inset, sort of de-emphazing it?:

Are custom orders more expensive?

Custom orders are often less expensive than stock orders. And custom orders are a great way to keep sales at a level that earns you deep discounts on stock products through our “Partnership Sales Program.” See Stock & Custom Pricing to learn more.

Should I expect an overrun (or underrun) on custom orders?

Yes. Custom jobs may include a standard 10% overrun or underrun. This is due to the nature of "changeovers" in the extrusion process, wherein one job terminates and a new order is begun. As a continual flow process, there is no exact termination point for a given order.
