What you’ll do …
As .Net Developer you’ll be an important part of our development team. You will work with key users and IT team members to solve our largest business challenges with automated solutions. Your work will span all areas of the business where you’ll assist in understanding requirements and designing solutions. Most importantly, you’ll develop, test and implement Web and Windows based applications in answer to these business challenges.
What you’ll need …
- ASP.NET, MVC, VB, Visual Studio
- AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript
- Understanding of N-Tier Architecture
- Proven Software Development Life Cycle skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience

You’ll use wireframes and visual prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactive functionality. Ultimately, you’ll develop and implement elegant, user centered web applications using clean, smart web development patterns.

Role - what will this person be doing, what responsibilities will they have
Work closely with other developers, and UX Designers to create state of the art applications.
The ideal candidate will be a detailed oriented team player with a high level of proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Jquery. Familiarity with MVC and ajax, and exposure to mobile development would be a great plus.

Web Designer (User Interface Designer)
Role - what will this person be doing, what responsibilities will they have
Work closely with a team of subject matter experts, user experience professionals and programmers to conceive, develop and implement design solutions in digital media – beginning with the redesign of Laddawn's new e-commerce site (in progress), but eventually content, mobile, social media, and video as well.
Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences. Create wireframes and visual prototypes that demonstrate user flows and interactive functionality.
