Agenda for 4/16
1-Status of design tasks
  • Past orders, had marked complete but Ladd's changes pushed completion of specs/documentation to 4/16.
  • Upcoming - Have lots of direction on Checkout to work through, and more requirements gathering with CE; so far still on track for 5/14 (note, SB on vacation 4/29-5/3).
2-Status of programming tasks
  • Past orders, due 4/10 - let's revise date based on design changes, also determine what parts (e.g. invoices?) are outside of scope for initial launch. (If it can all be done w/out pushing dates out, great, but anything outside of scope that pushes dates out should be deferred.)
  • Search results, YMAC, product descriptions due 4/15. Revise?
    • Need product description content from marketing? Status? (Owen/Cliff)
3-Discussion: Are there any major chunks of programming or design or other work that are unaccounted for in WorkZone and need to be in place for launch?

For example

  • Reworking Avante CE Request System to link up with w/web interface all transactions moving out of Avante
  • Data conversion/migration
  • Web analytics and metrics
  • Notifications, new and existing
  • The Experience - I hope that this is still considered a post launch feature, based on our earlier rescoping.  John D and Jeff slated to present another iteration next week. Hopefully we will know more about what it would take to implement.
