In order to support the work of the narrative thread team, as well as to inform our own design work on other areas like user preferences, I am putting together a list of system-generated notifications that go to distributors. I spoke briefly with Judy and she says that the only two she can think of are Quote Acknowledgments and Sales Order Acknowledgments - Judy suggested I check with John to see if he is aware of any others.
ALSO - should we be concerned with notifications that go to Laddawn staff only? (CE/CR, others?)
