The goal of this effort is to identify functionality that can be postponed to future releases, in order to launch the new site earlier.
In addition, we should really wrack our brains to be sure the project plan isn't missing anything (foreseeable) that could push launch date out further, such as:
- Rolling CE requirements in to design/specs and programming
- Analytics
- What else????
Below is a spreadsheet that serves as a possible framework. We may not end up actually filling out the cells - I just thought a matrix would provide a way to approach this.
