Laddawn.com : Campaign: Like vs Dislike Feedback / Laddawn Product Category Card Sort Study




Introduction

Over the past couple of weeks, we have gathered feedback (from Internal Users) relating to our Shop Tab (specifically the search tool - L1, L2, L3, etc.) In addition, we have had many users participate in a study which will help us categorize all of our products.

Campaign Timeline

This section below highlights the timeline we will follow as the campaign goes live.


CAMPAIGN INTRODUCTIONFRI - 02/09/18
  • Tina will train Customer Relationship on the latest campaign. (See Script.doc)

NOTE  The official study closes only days after this campaign has ended. Even though this campaign is open for two weeks, I would prefer they make every effort to reach out to these contacts in the first week.

GO LIVEMON - 02/12/18
  • Bill loads the campaign into CRM. (See Customers.xlsx for targeted customers)
  • Customer Relationship calls a customer asking for feedback and asks if there is interest in taking part in our study. (If yes, CR informs customers they will be invited to the study (via email) on the following day.)

NOTE  Every night (or morning), I will compile a list of all customers who have expressed interest in taking part of our study (assuming CR has selected “Yes” on the campaign window).

  • I will contact CR employee, requesting they send an email to their customer. (See Email Template.doc)

IMPORTANT  We can only invite a customer to the study after I have verified “Yes” selection on the campaign. That way, we can accurately forecast how many customers agreed to participate vs. how many still have not completed the survey.

Also, it is important to point out we have three unique links. The link, a customer, receives depends on what segment (phase) we have categorized them as. While CR needs to be aware there are multiple links; I will instruct them on what link to send.

CAMPAIGN ENDSFRI - 02/23/18
  • Bill removes campaign from their planners (close of business, or the following Monday morning).
LAST CALLMON - 02/26/18
  • All CR employees will receive a spreadsheet indicating which customers have not completed the study.
  • They should contact those customers (this day) and encourage them to finish the survey.
LADDAWN PRODUCT CATEGORY STUDY - OFFICIALLY ENDSWED - 02/28/18
  • At the close of business (or early Thursday morning), I will officially close the study.
  • Submissions to the study will no longer be accepted.

NOTE  All submissions received will be verified.

VERIFIED PARTICIPANT LISTTHU - 03/01/18
  • I will hand off a list of verified participants to Sheri (or whoever), so we can send our customers the Amazon gift cards.
