Freight estimate
When the cart contains stock valued at less than $500, or contains MOD items that do not include freight, an "Estimate" link will replace $0 on the freight line (note, in the image above, given the message on the left about stock/freight, the $0 on the Freight line should be "Estimate.") The "Estimate" link will open a shadow box (to be designed) with freight terms and an estimated freight cost. Certain aspects of the total summary, including what the "estimate" link will show with more complex scenarios, are still a work in progress.
Scenario “a”:
If the cart total is all stock, totaling less than $500, then the freight sub-total will be an "estimate" link. When the link is clicked it will estimate the freight but also let the user know that it will be free when stock totals $500 or more. If the cart total is $500 or greater then the freight amount will be $0.
Scenario “b”:
If any of the MOD items in the cart were not configured as “freight included” then the freight sub-total will be an “estimate” link. When the link is clicked the user will be shown a message that indicates that the following items MOD items were not configured with freight included and the freight will be estimated for those lines items.
