I. Technical specifications

  1. New Catalog Code(s): Obtain this from IT when known.

  2. Generic name category(ies): This is how the purple results description should look. Provide via spreadsheet if appropriate. IT uses this info to determine how many GNC codes we need, and gives info back to Marketing and Inventory so they can assign to individual items.

  3. What is the Yield calculation for this new category? (This is needed for Berry file transfers.)

  4. For each SKU, please provide the weight with packaging; weights will be loaded into the item master. If supplying generic name categories (item 2 above) via spreadsheet, then provide weights via same spreadsheet.

  5. Information architecture:
    1. Which Level 1 category does it belong to? 
    2. Where should it be placed in Level 2 menu for that category? 
    3. Will there be nesting? If applicable, how should sub- and sub-sub-categories be structured? Provide bulleted, indented list below, attach file or embed screenshot illustrating fully collapsed and fully expanded structure.

  6. Can these be sampled?
    1. What is the maximum Sample quantity? 
    2. What is the sample Unit of Measure?

  7. Widget Level 2 – Dimensions enabled or broad "show-all-stock" search?  If enabled...
