Add a delete a row functionality to the current row.
Change 1 - Saving a price break with an empty entry field (Current Design) | Proposed Change |

User should be able to "Save" price breaks with empty entry field. | When a user clicks to add a 2nd row but does not place any data into the entry field, the user should be allowed to save this 1 single price break. |
