This is great data.

At first glance, I see 1,930 different bill-to’s here.  That’s about 55% of our managed accounts.  And, if you do on order online, you’ll see this message about 16 times per year (a new one every 3 weeks, or so).  About 2/3rds of our web users won’t, as they log on, but don’t buy.

All encouraging as we think about the number of times customers will might get this sort of helpful message.

The attached spreadsheet shows items purchased 3 or more times (same ship to) in the year preceding 4/30/15.

You’ll see Billto, Shipto, Item, Description, Nbr Purchases, and Purchase Dates (purchase dates are only included once so if an item was purchased twice in the same day it shows only once in the list – probably a split ship).

I believe we wanted Stock as well as MOD and as a result there is a lot here – but thought I should leave it all for preliminary analysis.

Susan, does it make sense to post this somewhere for easy access?

The attached spreadsheet contains quotes that are within 3 days of expiration.  The report was run today, 5/4/15.

You’ll see the total number of quotes by contact with the “location(s)” of the quotes.  Quote location checking was done in the following hierarchy:

• Active Cart
• Shared Cart (this would be a Saved Cart that is shared).
• Saved Cart
• Shared Item
• Saved Item
• Deleted Item (placed in a cart an then deleted from the cart or saved and then deleted from saved item list)
• Other (this is an NS item)

Pardon my use of the word “Quote”.
