Step 9d: As with the registered process, I'd like to know how we keep the users art on the web (in My Artwork and other quotes) in sync with files that the Art Department corrects. 

IT: Please take a careful look at everything but please pay particular attention to the steps with red text. These either involve rearranging some of the steps from the current process or steps that don't exist today, but which may be necessary - if not automated, then manual.  I invite you to critique this - as I don't know if I'm proposing things that are hard to do and/or if I am misunderstanding key aspects of these pieces of the process. Let's discuss in person if that's the case.
